We use this software to manage what actions from users are tracked on my website. While this software initialises when you visit my website, this software does not track any data. Only once consent has been given does this software allow other scripts to run which do track your actions made on my website.

Google Analytics 4

This software is used to track pages you visit, how you found my website, and non-personally identifiable audience demographics such as device used and locality at the city level. This software also allows me to monitor the effectiveness of forms and calls to action on my website.

Google Optimize

This software allows me to test variants of  pages by sending a proportion of users to a different version of a page. This allows me to find out what designs on my website work the best.

HotJar

This software allows me to gather visual heatmap data from interactions on my website, as well as, watch anonymised video recordings of users interacting with my website. I can also set up surveys which would pop up for users that meet a specific criteria.
